By accessing or using CaptureCraft, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and Pro subscribers. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

We may modify these terms at any time. When we make changes, we'll update the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page and, for significant changes, notify you via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of CaptureCraft after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

To access certain features, you must create an account using Google or GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the security of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access • Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree to use CaptureCraft only for lawful purposes. You may: • Create, edit, and export images for personal and commercial use • Share your creations on social media and other platforms • Use our service in accordance with all applicable laws The images you create are yours. We claim no ownership over your content.

You may NOT use CaptureCraft to: • Upload, create, or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Interfere with or disrupt our service or servers • Use automated systems to access the service without permission • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity • Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code • Harass, abuse, or harm other users Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.

Content You Create: You retain full ownership of all images and designs you create using CaptureCraft. We do not claim any rights to your work. Our Service: CaptureCraft's design, code, logo, and features are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service without permission. Feedback: If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant us the right to use them without compensation or attribution.

Pro Features: Subscribing to Pro unlocks additional features including higher resolution exports, batch export, and priority support. Payments: Pro subscriptions are processed through Razorpay. All payments are final unless required by law. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds: We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of purchase if you're unsatisfied.

CaptureCraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee: • Uninterrupted or error-free service • That the service will meet all your requirements • The accuracy or reliability of any results • That defects will be corrected To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaptureCraft and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including: • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill • Service interruption or system failure • Any other intangible losses Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of CaptureCraft shall be resolved in the courts of India. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
