1. Refund Eligibility
Subscription Refunds
If you're unsatisfied with your Pro subscription, we offer full refunds within 7 days of your purchase. This applies to annual and monthly subscriptions.
Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, your account must not have been used for more than reasonable testing (creating a few designs to evaluate the features).
Non-Refundable Items
One-time purchases or credits used within your account cannot be refunded. Discounts applied are non-refundable.
2. How to Request a Refund

Processing
We'll review your request within 2-3 business days. Once approved, we'll process your refund immediately.
Refund Timeline
Refunds typically appear in your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
3. Refund Processing Time
Review Period
Our team reviews refund requests within 2-3 business days of submission. Complex cases may take longer.
Processing
Once approved, the refund is processed immediately. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Bank Delays
Banks and payment processors may take 5-10 business days to credit funds to your account. This is outside our control.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
After 7 Days
Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after purchase are typically denied. We make exceptions for technical issues.
Excessive Usage
If your account shows extensive use of paid features beyond reasonable testing, the refund may be denied.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us may result in account suspension. Please reach out first.
5. Cancellations & Downgrades
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription anytime from your account settings. Your access will remain until the billing period ends.
No Early Termination Fees
Canceling a subscription does not incur any penalty. We believe you should have complete control over your account.
Reactivation
You can reactivate your Pro subscription at any time. No questions asked.
6. Pro-Rated Refunds
Mid-Cycle Cancellations
If you cancel mid-cycle, we don't offer pro-rated refunds for the unused portion. However, your access continues until the end of your billing period.
Plan Upgrades
If you upgrade and want to downgrade later, contact our team. We'll review your situation and help if possible.
Fair Treatment
We're committed to being fair. If you believe you deserve a refund or adjustment, reach out and we'll discuss.
